Summer Fun Anyone??

Need some suggestions on things to do this Summer? Well look no further and check out a few of our fun ideas below.

Music Festival –Pick a local festival featuring artists you or you and your friends enjoy. It’s a full day of built in fun.

Amusement Park –Britt loves roller coasters and I don’t lol, but there’s plenty of other fun things to do there that don’t involve near death experiences.

Move your Hips –Want to get a great workout in, but don’t want to go to the gym per say? Try Zumba, Pole fitness, or a Twerk fitness class. You may do some sweating, and you may even find time to crack a smile; and I guarantee no matter which one you pick, you'll be sore as heck the next day. You know what they say though…No Pain No Gain!

Picnic in the Park –I feel this suggestion is often underrated and overlooked. This is a simple, fun, and cost effective idea that anyone can do. All you need is some food, a good book, maybe some tunes, and good company. If you have no one to picnic with, take yourself. Either way you’re destined to enjoy yourself.

Explore your State –How many of us say, “[Insert Your City] is so boring!” I know I do. I say Baltimore is boring all the time and every other week I’m googling other “fun” places to live. Now, while that statement may ring true or not, I then have to remind myself that I actually live in Maryland and there are definitely some gems in here. Check out one of my favorite websites [thrilest.com]for some cool adventure ideas.

Head to the Movies –I’m always at the movies. I mean I practically live there as it is one of my favorite things to do. In my defense, I am a professional film critic (in my mind anyways), so I really do need to be there, you know for “work” and all. With Summer officially around the corner, I don’t think you can go wrong by heading to a drive-in theatre. Yes, the movies are current and yes they have snacks. Double win. Also, if you ever need a movie date, you know who to ask! Moi.
